1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the DediRes Solutions website and ordering server services, you acknowledge your full agreement to these terms. We are an authorized intermediary providing you with the best servers from global providers such as ReliableSite.
2. Payment Policy
Payment is accepted via cryptocurrency (USDT), Binance Pay, or Stripe. Dedicated server activation takes 1 to 24 business hours.
3. Lawful Use
Using servers for any illegal activities is prohibited, including DDoS attacks or unauthorized mining.
4. Warranty & Refunds
We guarantee the server will be delivered with the agreed-upon specifications. Refunds are not possible after server preparation begins unless we are unable to provide the service.
5. Technical Support
Support is provided through the ticket system. It covers hardware and network issues and does not include internal software management unless previously agreed.
