What to Do If Your Service Is Suspended

Suspension Reasons

1. Non-payment: Renewal invoice not paid
2. Terms violation: Illegal server usage
3. Resource abuse: Excessive usage affecting others

How to Reactivate

1. Pay the pending invoice from your dashboard
2. For violations, open a support ticket
3. Reactivation within 1 hour of payment

Deletion Grace Period

You have 3 days after suspension. After that, the server is permanently deleted.
